Hatch End Entrants - Come on Down - Only £2.00 each session

All of our members are eligible to come, young, old, elite level and the fun triathletes and each session will be for around 2 hours, fairly continuous with short breaks. They will include run skills, bike skills, running and cycling, together with teaching some strength training that you can then do in your own home.

What you need:

Running Kit
Your own bike
Water bottle(s)
Your normal cycle clothing (helmet required)
You should have a waterproof jacket either as an outer coat or in your saddle bag or pocket.
2 Towels - 1 to dry yourself and 1 to safeguard the floor from your sweat.
Some food for energy - breakfast or energy bars are excellent.

We will be able to leave spare kit from the first session locked safely in the church hall.

How to get There

It's best if you bring your own turbo trainer to the session but if you don't have one we may be able to borrow one or two but please let us know if you are aiming to come without a trainer..
