Cycling Turbo Session for Hills & Endurance

Steady paced cycling should be the majority of all work done on the bike and as you get fitter the steady pace will slowly but surely increase.

The session below is meant to slowly increase the intensity of the work out until you are working quite hard. You'll have to start in a very low gear initially and may find that you have to increase the intensity just by clicking up a gear. However, as your strength increases, you will soon be able to both start in a higher gear and use the resistance of the turbo trainer to simulate hill climbing.
